Passion4Wholeness' main focus is on health and nutrition, manufacturing of a health muesli, a very unique oats porridge.

I also consult and create lifestyle programs, both nutrition and training, triathlon and mountain bike training programs, especially Cape Epic training.

Completed all 12 Cape Epic races, won in 2005 and podium finishes in 2004, 2010 and 2011.

Inaugaral Dash2Durban, 650km unsupported race: 1st overall, non-stop solo in 29hrs53 min.

3000km from Beittbridge via Swaziland, via Lesotho, via Karoo to Camps Bay:
1st woman + 1st overall in 10 days 22hrs
